The machine integrates shearing and welding into a single, seamless workflow
Operational Workflow
Designed for ease of use with minimal operator intervention:
• Positioning: The unit advances to the line.
• Preset Selection: Operators select stored parameters (welding speed, stroke, current, etc.) from the touchscreen menu (no complex manual input required).
• Loading: The operator loads the strip tail and new head into the respective clamps. (Optional pre-shearing available if end condition is poor).
• Automatic Cycle: Press the "Auto Start" button. The shearing device moves down to cut off uneven ends. It continues descending until the top surface is flush with the strip, creating the welding plane.
• Precision Welding: The torch auto-positions. The operator performs a quick visual check of the gap, then confirms to start welding.
• Completion: All systems reset automatically, and the unit retracts to the home position.
Site Requirements
To ensure optimal performance, please ensure the following upstream conditions:
• Leveler: A leveling machine is recommended if the strip exhibits poor flatness after decoiling.
• Pre-Shearing Unit: Required if the damaged section of the strip end exceeds 35 mm.
