Our DJJ series shearing and butt welding machine is primarily designed to remove irregular sections of the tail end of the preceding steel strip roll and the leading end of the subsequent steel strip roll. The sheared strip ends are aligned and welded together by using the argon arc welding machine with TIG butt welding technology, enabling continuous feeding to steel strip accumulator.
The DJJ series includes three types of products based on shear dynamics: pneumatic, hydraulic, and hybrid (pneumatic clamping with hydraulic shearing).
