    Integrated Workflow
    The machine integrates hydraulic shearing and automatic strip alignment and welding functions. After the steel strip is fed, it is automatically positioned and sheared off through the CNC system, and then directly enters the welding position to complete butt welding. Compared to traditional butt welding machines that require manual operation for Traction → Shearing → Positioning → Manual Adjustment of Strip Alignment → Welding, which has a long welding time for a single weld seam.     Arc welding (TIG) is standard for the machine. And a laser welding module can be optionally equipped for welding various metal strips such as carbon steel, low-alloy steel, and stainless steel.
    Welding Quality Control
    The welding gun is controlled by a servo system.
