The round pipe packing machine is used to stack round pipes into standard hexagonal bundles, which are then manually or mechanically binded into bundles.
Currently, there are two types of pipe arrangement methods for the round pipe packing machine: one is the electromagnetic chuck type, and the other is the mechanical fork type.
The advantage of the electromagnetic chuck type is its flexible adjustment for pipe arrangement. The disadvantages are of the complex structure, high cost and steel pipes after being attracted by electromagnetic have residual magnetism. The advantage of the mechanical fork type is its low cost and simple maintenance, but it is troublesome to adjust. Therefore, both pipe arrangement methods have their own advantages and disadvantages.

Equipment Features
Our round pipe packing machine adopts mechanical fork type pipe arrangement method, but has significant improvements to the existing pipe bundle forming method. Mainly, the pipe arrangement action is more concise, fast, and similar to simple square pipe arrangement. It is simple but not simplistic, and can complete a complex pipe arrangement process with a simple mechanical structure.
The longitudinal bundle discharge of the round pipe packing machine consists of the main machine (which can complete pipe lifting, pipe turning, pipe bundle forming, and bundle lifting and lowering), bundle discharge cart (transports the hexagonal shape pipes to the bundle binding position), bundle delivery cart (sends the tied hexagonal bundle to the storage bundle rack), and storage bundle rack (stores the pipe bundles to be lifted away).
The machine adopts a control mode of touch screen + PLC + frequency converter, with a high degree of automation; It makes the operation humanized to the greatest extent. And the operator can operate the machine after simple training.
When changing the bundle shape, you only need to input the number of side pipes and the pipe diameters on the touch screen. And it can be simply adjusted on the machine with a bundle mold. In terms of mechanical design, the most common accessories on the market are used as much possible, which is convenient for customers to repair and maintain in the future. Due to the simplification of the mechanical structure, the cost is reduced.
